Terms of Service

1. 1. Who you are agreeing with

   These terms are an agreement between you and JSM GLOBAL BPO SERVICES PVT LTD (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at 663/1C, Guru Nanak Pura West, Jalandhar City, Punjab, India – 144001, which operates Nyrav. Nyrav is designed and developed by PPC Expertz. If you use Nyrav for a company or for clients, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

2. 2. What Nyrav does

   Nyrav audits websites, writes SEO and AI-search plans, drafts page fixes, articles, llms.txt files and outreach emails, publishes the changes you approve to connected WordPress or Shopify sites, sends approved outreach from your mailbox, and reports how your business appears on Google and in AI assistants. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. 3. Your account

   • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
   • Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account, including by teammates you invite.
   • Tell us straight away at hello@nyrav.ai if you think your account has been misused.

4. 4. Your websites and approvals

   • Only add and connect websites, stores and mailboxes that you own or are authorised to manage.
   • Changes go live when you approve them, or automatically for the kinds of change you set to auto-approve. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve and for the settings you choose.
   • Keep your own backups of your website. Nyrav keeps a copy of replaced llms.txt files, but we cannot guarantee every change can be undone.

5. 5. Outreach emails

   • Outreach is sent from your own mailbox, in your name, and only after you approve it. You are the sender.
   • You must follow the email laws that apply to you and your recipients (such as the US CAN-SPAM Act, EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules, Canada's CASL and India's IT Act), including a truthful signature with your business postal address and honouring opt-out requests.
   • Do not use Nyrav to send spam, bulk or misleading email. We may limit or stop sending if we see abuse or high complaint rates.

6. 6. AI-generated content

   Nyrav uses AI to write drafts and to check AI assistants. AI output can contain mistakes, outdated facts or wording you would not use. Review drafts before approving them. You are responsible for content published or sent from your accounts.

7. 7. No ranking guarantee

   Google, AI assistants and other platforms decide their own results and change them often. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, mention in AI answers, leads or revenue.

8. 8. Plans, trials and payment

   • New accounts may start with a free trial. Paid plans, prices and limits are shown before you buy.
   • Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
   • Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, or where we say otherwise in writing.
   • Prices exclude taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added where applicable. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing plan.

9. 9. Acceptable use

   You agree not to:

   • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, through Nyrav;
   • publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful or that you have no right to use;
   • try to access other customers' data, overload or attack the service, or get around usage limits;
   • copy, resell or reverse-engineer Nyrav, except where the law allows or we agree in writing.

10. 10. Your content and our service

    You keep ownership of your websites, business information and the drafts Nyrav creates for you. You give us permission to use them only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own Nyrav itself: the software, design, brand and know-how.

11. 11. Third-party services

    Nyrav works with services such as Google, Microsoft, WordPress, Shopify and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make.

12. 12. Suspension and closing your account

    You can stop using Nyrav and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or has unpaid fees, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

    While an account is suspended, Nyrav stops sending emails, publishing changes and running checks for it. The owner can still sign in to download the workspace's data. If you think a suspension is a mistake, email hello@nyrav.ai; we reply within 24 hours.

    Anyone can report spam, harmful content or other misuse of Nyrav at our report abuse page or by email. We review every report within 24 hours.

13. 13. Disclaimer

    Nyrav is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, for example that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

14. 14. Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, rankings, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Nyrav in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. 15. Indemnity

    You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you published or emails you sent through Nyrav, or because you broke these terms or the law.

16. 16. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jalandhar City, Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless the law of your country gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim where you live.

17. 17. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. For significant changes we will email account owners and update the date at the top before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Nyrav after that means you accept the updated terms.
