Nyrav is delivered online. This page explains how and when you get access to what you pay for.

1. Nothing is shipped
Nyrav is an online software service (SaaS). We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. How the service is delivered
- Your account is ready as soon as you sign up, and you use Nyrav in your web browser at nyrav.ai.
- When you buy or upgrade a plan, the new plan is applied to your account straight away, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- A payment receipt and GST invoice are emailed to your account email and are available on the Billing page.
- Website reports, weekly summaries and drafts are shown in your dashboard and emailed to you. Approved fixes are published to your connected WordPress or Shopify site, or given to you to paste in.
- Our optional WordPress plugin, Shopify app and Chrome extension are delivered as downloads from those stores.
3. Where we deliver
Nyrav is available worldwide, wherever you can open nyrav.ai, subject to the laws of your country.
4. If your plan doesn't appear
If your payment succeeded but your plan isn't active within 24 hours, email support@nyrav.ai with your account email and payment ID. We will fix it, or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
