1. 1. Who we are

   Nyrav (“Nyrav”, “we”, “us”) is an AI search-visibility service operated by JSM GLOBAL BPO SERVICES PVT LTD, a private limited company registered in India, with its registered office at 663/1C, Guru Nanak Pura West, Jalandhar City, Punjab, India – 144001. The project is designed and developed by PPC Expertz. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Reach us at hello@nyrav.ai.

2. 2. What we collect

   • Account details: your name, email address, business name and password (stored only as a secure hash by our login provider), or your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
   • Website information: the websites you add, business details you enter (services, locations, competitors, brand voice), and the public pages Nyrav reads to audit them.
   • Connections you choose to make: WordPress application passwords, Shopify access tokens, and email-sending access (see section 4). These are encrypted before they are stored.
   • Work Nyrav does for you: plans, tasks, drafts, approvals, published changes, AI-visibility results, keyword rankings and reports.
   • Outreach contacts: business email addresses that Nyrav finds on the public websites of sites you approve for outreach, and the emails sent to them from your mailbox.
   • Browser extension: the address and content of a page only when you click the extension to check that page. The extension does not track your browsing.
   • Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, errors) needed to run and secure the service.

3. 3. How we use it

   • To provide Nyrav: audit your site, write plans and drafts, publish the changes you approve (or have set to auto-approve), check AI assistants and Google rankings, and send your weekly report.
   • To send the outreach emails you approve, from the mailbox you connected.
   • To keep the service secure, fix problems, and prevent abuse.
   • To email you about your account, billing, and important changes. You can turn off the weekly report at any time.

4. 4. Gmail and Outlook access

   If you connect Gmail, Nyrav asks Google only for permission to send email on your behalf (the gmail.send scope). If you connect Outlook, Nyrav asks Microsoft only for permission to send mail as you (Mail.Send) and to read your basic profile (name and email address). Nyrav cannot read, search, delete or change the emails in your mailbox.

   Nyrav uses this access only to send emails you have approved in Nyrav (outreach and its one follow-up) and the test emails you request. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, or remove Nyrav's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

   Nyrav's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use data from Google or Microsoft accounts to train AI models, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. People at our company do not read it unless you ask us to help with a problem, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

5. 5. AI processing

   Nyrav uses AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini) and Perplexity to write drafts and to check how AI assistants answer questions about your business. We send these providers only what a task needs, such as your public website content and business details, through their business APIs, whose terms do not allow them to train their models on that data. AI output can be wrong; that is why changes wait for your approval unless you turn on auto-approve.

6. 6. Service providers we share data with

   We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Nyrav, under contracts that limit their use of it:

   • Supabase (database and login) and Cloudflare (hosting and security)
   • Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and Perplexity (AI processing, as above)
   • DataForSEO (Google ranking checks; receives keywords and your website address)
   • Resend (sends our weekly report and account emails)
   • Google and Microsoft (only when you connect your mailbox, to send your emails)
   • WordPress and Shopify (only for sites you connect, to publish approved changes)
   • Payment providers such as Razorpay, Paddle or Shopify Billing when paid plans launch (they handle card details; we never see full card numbers)

   We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our users, our service or the public.

7. 7. Where data is stored

   Our providers store and process data in the United States, the European Union, India and other countries. When data moves between countries, we rely on our providers' contractual and security safeguards.

8. 8. How long we keep it

   We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons. Disconnecting a mailbox, WordPress or Shopify deletes its saved access immediately. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

9. 9. Security

   Data travels over HTTPS. Passwords and access tokens for your connected services are encrypted at rest. Access inside our company is limited to people who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. 10. Your rights

    Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or download your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain uses. Workspace owners can download their data at any time from Settings → Your data. For anything else, email hello@nyrav.ai; we acknowledge requests within 24 hours and respond within 15 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. 11. Grievance officer

    For privacy questions or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at JSM GLOBAL BPO SERVICES PVT LTD, 663/1C, Guru Nanak Pura West, Jalandhar City, Punjab, India – 144001: hello@nyrav.ai. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. To report spam or other misuse of Nyrav, you can also use our report abuse page.

12. 12. Cookies

    Nyrav uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and secure the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

13. 13. Children

    Nyrav is a business service for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

14. 14. Changes to this policy

    If we make significant changes, we will email account owners and update the date at the top before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Nyrav after that means you accept the updated policy.
